The guards are two residents of the Empire of the Plant People.
Appearance[]
Like the other residents of the plant kingdom, the two guards possess human likeness and intelligence. One of them carries a long staff and has two legs. The other has a light green leaf on his chest resembling a badge, and his body ends in roots rather than legs.
In the Game[]
Owen and Leslie overhear the guards talking about the kingdom's plans to attack the humans above ground. The guards describe how they plan to destroy the cities and factories, and then have the humans work for them.
